Welcome to the Waypoint Coach - a firm specializing in executive, professional and leadership development
As a qualified Co-Active Coach, my passion is to bring my talents and experience to help clients discover, navigate, and ultimately achieve more fulfilling lives and careers. Current circumstances are challenging. Professionals are dealing with a range of issues: job uncertainty; layoffs; hybrid work; promotions; managing work, children, and elderly parents; and the list goes on.
Our personal and professional lives are much like a stream: often calm, free flowing and peaceful.
A stream inevitably runs into obstructions that, for some time, create “turbulence”. The stream’s momentum eventually pushes through and continues to flow unrestrained and uninhibited. When you experience turbulence, effective coaching can help clients get unstuck from the issues that are slowing them down.
If you are in a period of transition and seek to be your best self, I would be honored to champion you, as you transform and achieve your full potential.
Benefits of Co-Active Coaching
Co-Active coaching can bring many key benefits to the client.
- Live life on your terms in a manner that you find more fulfilling.
- Gain perspective on your choices and make them resonant.
- Manage both the highs and lows of your professional and personal life.
Co-Active coach training is acknowledged as being the most rigorous coach training and certification program in the coaching industry and, as such, was one of the first to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Harvard University’s Medical School affiliate— The Institute of Coaching —has stated that the Co-Active Training Institute offers “a gold standard of coach training”.

You can be confident that your journey and experience is grounded in an evidence-based approach, drawing on findings from fields such as psychology and neuroscience.

Meet Sirish Prabhu
My mission is to help you discover new paths and serve as your guide as you navigate toward your next waypoint.
For over 25 years, my greatest accomplishment has been to advise, coach, and mentor a broad range of professionals from entry level staff to senior executives, politicians, and heads-of-state. I am a member of The Institute of Coaching, a Harvard University Medical School affiliate. The Institute’s mandate is to “cultivate the scientific foundation and best practices in coaching”.
Originally from Ottawa, Canada, I have been living and working in beautiful Austin, Texas, since 2009. When I’m not coaching, I like to spend time with my wife and two young children, and I especially enjoy being a Boy Scout leader for my son’s den. These are a few of my favorite things: coffee, jazz, my Gibson Les Paul Standard and single malt whiskey.
I would love to learn more about you and your aspirations. As your Sherpa, it would be an honor and a privilege to play a role in seeing you ascend to your highest heights.
